Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: Complimentary across all U.S. domestic orders (no minimum purchase required). Standard street addresses are typically shipped via UPS, while P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS (UPS may utilize SurePost for final-mile delivery). Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
2-Day Express: Available for a flat rate of $15, with an estimated delivery window of 2 business days.
Overnight Express: Available for a flat rate of $25, guaranteeing delivery within 1 business day.
Processing Cut-Off Time: Expedited orders placed before 10:00 AM PT on business days are typically processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For international orders shipped directly from the Tatcha U.S. official website (handled via UPS), we offer the following shipping tiers:

Standard International: Flat rate of $35, with an estimated delivery window of 7 to 10 business days.
International Expedited: Flat rate of $60, with an estimated delivery window of 5 to 7 business days.
International Express: Flat rate of $75, with an estimated delivery window of 3 to 5 business days.
Customs & Import Duties: International shipping fees do not include local customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), import fees, or customs clearance brokerage charges. All applicable taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier upon customs clearance.

Freight Forwarders & Third-Party Hotels: If an order is shipped to a third-party freight forwarding company or a hotel, Tatcha assumes no liability or responsibility for any subsequent damage, loss, or missing items once the package is successfully delivered to the designated address. All investigations, claims, or follow-ups must be handled directly between the customer and the forwarder/receiver.
Order Processing Schedule: Orders are typically fulfilled and packaged within 1 to 2 business days following payment verification (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
Complimentary Samples: Every online order is eligible to select complimentary skincare samples during checkout, subject to live inventory availability and ongoing promotional terms.
